Representation of Strawberry Fields REIT Ltd in its NIS 239 million debt raise in Israel

FBC represented Strawberry Fields REIT Ltd. in its NIS 239 million public offering of bonds on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.  The bonds are secured by first mortgage on 20 properties owned by the company.  The proceeds of the issuance were used to repay existing loans and to finance the company’s operations.
