FBC represented SKY, a private equity fund, in a transaction for the sale of 100% of the of shares of Aztek Technologies (1984) Ltd. The consummation of the transaction is subject, among others, to the approval of the Israel Competition Authority.
Aztek is one of the few distributors and resellers of Microsoft’s products including the Azure (Microsoft’s cloud) in Israel, providing cloud-based licensing, integration and support services.
