Congrats to our client, Icon Group Ltd. (iDigital), for entering into an acquisition agreement of the control of VISUAL D.G. Ltd. at a company value of approx. NIS 80 million, according to media reports.
VISUAL specializes in providing advanced software and computing solutions and is the official representative of the industry’s leading brands.
The transaction is Icon Group’s first significant acquisition after its successful IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
