FBC represented Generation Capital Ltd., Israel’s first listed energy and infrastructure fund, in a NIS 145 million public equity offering.
The proceeds of the offering are intended to be used for financing the fund’s investment activities.
Leading institutional investors participated in the offering, which is another vote of confidence by the Israeli capital market in the fund’s achievements.
FBC represented the fund in its TASE IPO and follow-on offerings of debt and equity, as well as in several investment transactions.
