Apartment owners and the company T.S.A.R. Ltd. signed an agreement for the execution of a national outline plan 38 project for a building in Haifa. Two types of apartments are set to be built in the framework of the Project: regular and large apartments.
This legal update includes three issues:
The definition of the apartments for exchange in a demolition and building project;
The principle of equality between the owners and the economic immunity of the developer;
Executing a project in one building of two which are built on the same lot.
