Legal Update: Tax - January 2017 (Hebrew)

We wish to update you that on December 21, 2016, the Knesset passed the Economic Efficiency Bill (legislative amendments to achieve budget targets for years 2017 and 2018), 5777-2016 (hereinafter: the “Arrangements Law”). The Arrangements Law included a series of taxation reforms, including a reform on the taxation of shareholders in “wallet companies” (hereinafter: the “Amendment”).
