We are pleased to present you with another Planning & Zoning legal update that includes summaries of important recent court and tribunal decisions.
We recall that on September 5, 2018, the new Civil Procedure Regulations were published (click here).
In this update we discuss:
– The duty to make a payment imposed by the Israel Land Authority, instead of the betterment levy, following the change of designation of agricultural land.
– When there are a number of outline plans which relate to the same land and which are inconsistent with one another, the provisions of the later plans prevail over the provisions of the older ones.
