The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) will come into effect on January 1, 2020. The CCPA may apply to entities located out of California which collects consumers’ personal data on residents of California.
In this legal update we review the principal provisions of the CCPA with an emphasis on the relevant issues for Israeli entities who have commercial activity in California.
