On March 19, 2018, the interim report of the Israeli Securities Authority’s Committee for the Examination and Regulation Initial Public Offerings of Cryptocurrencies (ICOs) was released for public review and comments.
The Committee mainly examined the application of the Israeli Securities Law to the offering and issuance to the public in Israel of cryptocurrencies that are based on distributed ledger (ICOs).
