Legal Update: Aviation - Proposed amendments to the Consumer Protection Law - April 2016 (Hebrew)

We would like to update you on two proposed amendments to the Consumer Protection Law which may have an impact on Aviation Law: Consumer Protection Bill (Amendment – Protection of Non-Hebrew Speaking Consumers), 5776-2016 and Consumer Protection Bill (Amendment – Cancellation of a Transaction through Peddling and a Distance Sales Transaction), 5776-2015.
