FBC represented the SKY and Kedma Capital private equity funds in a transaction for the purchase of 70% of the shares of S.AL Holdings Ltd., in consideration of approximately NIS 136.5M. The consummation of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Israel Antitrust Authority.
S.AL Holdings, a leading company in the field of distribution and sale of infrastructure products, operates through several subsidiaries which distribute and sell a variety of plumbing, drainage systems, valves, pumps, heating equipment, fire extinguishing equipment, and swimming pool equipment.
