FBC represented Reit 1 Ltd. and Sela Capital Real Estate Ltd. (50-50) in their purchase of the “Global Park” project in Lod, from Ef-Shar Ltd. (a subsidiary of Africa Israel Assets Ltd.) for NIS 195.8M.
The project is located in Lod’s industrial area and includes two office buildings covering an area of 21,400 meters and 646 parking spaces.
The consideration price will be paid in full on the date of closing, which will occur subject to the approval of the Antitrust Commissioner, and following the consent of Bank Leumi Le-Israel to release its pledges on the project.
REIT 1 and Sela Capital Real Estate entered into a collaboration agreement which regulates and establishes the relationship between the buyers in relation to the management and maintenance of the project.
