District Court dismisses a NIS 100M class action against the Berman Bakery (represented by FBC)

FBC represents Berman Bakery, in an estimated NIS 100M class action, claiming, inter alia, that Berman Bakery (and other leading bakeries), were parties to restrictive arrangements.  The class action was dismissed by the District Court on March 2013.
