On February 8, 2016, an amendment was passed to the Annual Vacation Leave Law 5711-1951.
According to the amendment, commencing from July 1, 2016 until December 31, 2016, the annual vacation leave quota of employees will increase by one day and will stand at 15 vacation days for each of the first four years of employment.
