משרדנו ייצג את שותפות “פרויקט גולדמן 3 תל אביב” בהתקשרותה בהסכם מימון בהיקף של כ- 150 מיליון ש”ח, לצורך הקמת פרויקט יוקרה למגורים, מסחר ומלונאות, בהיקף של כ- 7,000 מ”ר. הפרויקט עתיד להיבנות ברחוב נחום גולדמן בתל אביב – יפו, על שפת הים ובסמיכות למתחם התחנה ומתחם שוק הפשפשים ביפו העתיקה.
