Mrs. Elrom is an associate in our firm’s corporate practice.

She specializes in various aspects of commercial law with an emphasis on corporate law, securities law and capital markets.
In her position, Mrs. Elrom offers comprehensive legal advice and counsel to clients across both public and private sectors in connection with merger and acquisition transactions, corporate governance, restructuring, and matters related to securities and capital markets.

During her law studies at Tel Aviv University, Mrs. Elrom served as a research assistant to Professor Sharon Hannes and Professor Issachar Rosen-Zvi.
