Mr. Himi is a senior associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice of our firm.

Mr. Himi specializes in civil, commercial and administrative law, in a wide range of areas, including contractual claims, property claims, shareholder disputes, petitions to the High Court, as well as administrative and tender petitions, construction and infrastructure and more.

Mr. Himi provides clients of the practice, including individuals and companies - public and private - in Israel and abroad, with comprehensive legal assistance and advice in all courts and frequently appears before various courts and tribunals, including mediation, arbitrations and more.

Mr. Himi also has experience representing companies from a variety of sectors, including real estate companies, medical technology companies, software companies and publicly represented associations, in petitions to the High Court and in administrative petitions on various issues.

In addition, Mr. Himi handles several pro bono cases, focusing on obtaining permanent status for refugees seeking asylum on humanitarian bases.
