Mr. Zelivansky is an associate in the Corporate practice of our firm.

Mr. Zelivansky specializes in commercial law with an emphasis on corporate law, securities and capital markets.

Within this context, Mr. Zelivansky provides legal advice and counsel to private and public companies on a wide range of issues including, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, securities, capital markets and more.

During his law studies at Tel Aviv University, he served as an Editorial Board Member of TAU Law Review ("Iyunei Mishpat") journal and as a research assistant to Professor Assaf Hamdani and Dr. Kobi Kastiel in the field of Corporate Law.
