Ms. Geva is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate practice of our firm.

Ms. Geva specializes in real estate law and in the field of urban renewal. Within this framework, Ms. Geva advises clients with regard to combination transactions, residential and mixed-use projects, complex rental transactions as well as project financing.

Ms. Geva provides the practice's clients, including entrepreneurs and financing entities, with legal assistance and advice throughout all stages of the project, including formulation of transaction outlines, land purchasing, transaction financing and agreements with contractors and suppliers.

In addition, Ms. Geva advises clients with respect to managing the planning and execution of all legal aspects of the project including the sale of real property as well as individual units.
