Mr. Simon is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Department and Co-Head of FISCHER's Urban Renewal practice.

Mr. Simon possesses unique and vast experience in the field of Real Estate, with niche expertise in the Urban Renewal field, representing clients in various projects, including evacuation and construction and NOP 38, on a significant and large scale. Mr. Simon is also one of the few attorneys in Israel who represents evacuation and construction transactions through the project’s completion.

For more than a decade, Mr. Simon has represented complex real estate projects, while providing his clients with a professional legal perspective, unique expertise, and a creative business approach, in a way that leads to optimal success and completion of his clients’ procedures and transactions.

Mr. Simon provides his clients with comprehensive legal guidance and advice in connection with various legal aspects that arise in construction plans, real estate development and planning, income-yielding properties, infrastructure, traditional industry and more.

Within this context, Mr. Simon is considered an expert in managing and leading complex real estate transactions and projects, including residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Mr. Simon represents a wide range of leading Israeli real estate entrepreneurs in urban renewal projects totaling more than NIS 1 billion, including some of the largest real estate and construction companies in Israel.

In addition, Mr. Simon is a certified notary.
