Mr. Goldman is an associate in our firm's Hi-Tech, M&A, Technology & Venture Capital practice.

He specializes in corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on venture capital and private equity financing, technology and life sciences, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.

Mr. Goldman offers extensive legal guidance to a wide array of clients, ranging from private and public companies to pioneering startups.

Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Goldman worked at the High Court of Justice Department of the State Attorney's Office.
