Ms. Noa Lev Goldstein (Adv. and CPA) is a partner and head of our firm’s Tax practice.
Ms. Lev Goldstein is considered one of Israel’s leading tax lawyers. With over 25 years in the field, Ms. Lev Goldstein has a wealth of experience, including a 12-year tenure in senior positions at the Israel Tax Authority. In her most recent role, she served as a senior field manager and cell coordinator at an assessment office for large factories.
Ms. Lev Goldstein has significant knowledge and experience in all aspects of taxation, including corporate, individual, mergers and reorganization, international, transfer pricing, investor benefits, options and senior officer taxation, trust taxation and non-profit taxation. In addition, Ms. Lev Goldstein has extensive expertise in the Encouragement of Capital Investments Law, the Real Estate Tax Law and the Value Added Tax Law.
In addition, Ms. Lev Goldstein has exceptional tax litigation expertise. In this framework, she has represented clients in several precedent-setting rulings published in Israel in recent years, including Michael Sapir's ruling regarding the splitting of the family unit for tax purposes; the rule of order regarding the lack of compensation VAT liability; the ruling of YGM regarding the absence of VAT taxation of Nostro investors, and more.
In recent years, Ms. Lev Goldstein has accompanied clients from various sectors and areas of activity in some of the largest and most complex transactions in Israel’s economy, from planning the transaction and providing legal opinions, to obtaining approvals from the relevant Tax Authority departments (rulings) that facilitate the execution of a transaction. In addition, Ms. Lev Goldstein represents many taxpayers in tax assessments before the Tax Authority on a wide range of issues, including income tax, corporate tax, international taxation, trust taxation, senior officer options and remuneration, value added tax and real estate taxation.
Ms. Lev Goldstein's clients include Israeli and foreign residents, Israeli and multinational corporations operating in a variety of sectors, and companies in the fields of high-tech, advertising, organizational consulting, bio-med, holdings, finance and more.
