Ms. Nataly Davidai is a partner in our firm and an expert in the fields of trusts, intergenerational transfers, philanthropy and nonprofit law as well as international taxation, art and commercial law.
Ms. Davidai advises individuals, corporations, international families and single-family offices in a variety of aspects of wealth management and personal and family assets, including intergenerational transfers, asset protection and maintenance, international taxation, day-to-day management of companies and commercial activities, and establishment, management and regulation of nonprofit entities.
Ms. Davidai's unique combination of specialization in the areas of trusts, taxes and commercial law allows her to accompany high net worth families and individuals in all aspects required during a family's life cycle, including planning and executing family equity investments, prenuptial agreements, nonrevocable powers of attorney and wills.
In addition, she has a unique expertise in the field of philanthropy, and has over fifteen years of experience in handling the various legal aspects of nonprofit organizations, associations, endowments, foundations and public benefit companies, as well as planning and executing a personal and corporate donation strategy.
Ms. Davidai holds a Trust and Estate Practitioners Certificate (TEP) from STEP and serves as a board member in a number of Private Trust Companies, as a Mutual Protector in a number of multi-generational trusts and as a board member of nonprofit organizations.
Ms. Davidai is ranked as a leading Individual in the field of private clients, trusts and family wealth management by the international ranking guide Chambers and Partners, and she co-authors, together with Yaron Mehulal, the Israeli chapter of Chambers' Private Wealth Guide - Law & Practice, as well as the Israeli chapter of The Legal 500 - Private Client - Comparative Guide.
