Ms. Goren has a rich experience in a wide range of aspects in the fields of corporations and regulation, including banking and financial regulation, compliance, corporate law, capital markets as well as securities and commercial law.

Within this context, Ms. Goren provides comprehensive legal guidance and advice to clients of the practice including banks and controlling shareholders, financial institutions, public companies and regulatory authorities in all aspects of financial and banking regulation; internal compliance and enforcement; internal procedures of regulated organizations; corporate governance; and purchase and sale transactions of controlling rights in banks. Furthermore, Ms. Goren provides legal assistance in connection with the submission of immediate and periodic reports to the Stock Exchange and the Securities Authority, transactions with controlling shareholders and parties with interest and compensation policies, and compensation plans for managers and officers.
