Mr. Shachar is an associate in FBC’s Insolvency & Restructuring and Litigation practices.

Mr. Shachar provides legal counsel to individuals, private and public companies, particularly on complex disputes relating to insolvency & restructuring, banking, commercial law and represents clients in civil and commercial cases in diverse legal matters.

Mr. Shachar represents clients before various Israeli courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
