Michael Kagzanov

Mr. Michael Kagzanov is an associate in FISCHER’s Regulatory practice. He represents commercial entities in regulatory matters across various sectors, particularly in communications, energy, and food.

During his studies, Mr. Kagzanov served as a legal assistant to Hon. Supreme Court Chief Justice (Ret.) Dorit Beinisch and Hon. Supreme Court Justice (Ret.) Prof. Yoram Danziger, as well as a research assistant to several leading scholars in public and civil law.

Additionally, he was the Chief Student Editor of the Tel Aviv University Journal of Law, Society & Culture and a teaching assistant in the fields of public law, law and technology and legislation and regulation.

Currently, in addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Kagzanov teaches Administrative Law at Reichman University alongside Hon. Tel Aviv District Court Justice Dr. Gershon Gontovnik.
