Ms. Merav Tabib is a partner and the head of FISCHER’s Environmental and Sustainability Law practice.

With three decades of experience in all aspects of environmental law and sustainability, she possesses unique expertise in managing environmental and climate-financial risks in the business sector. Ms. Tabib advises a wide range of local and international clients on the legal aspects of environmental issues as strategic management tools, focusing on business objectives. She oversees mergers and acquisitions, capital fundraising, and financing transactions that involve environmental and climate considerations; develops enforcement and compliance programs in environmental quality; advises on climate risk assessments, including physical and transitional legal and financial risks; creates strategic plans for carbon neutrality; and develops control mechanisms and operational procedures for implementation.

Her clientele encompasses institutional bodies, financial entities, investment firms, and companies from a broad spectrum of sectors such as industrial, engineering, hi-tech, and technology, among the largest and leading companies in the Israeli and international markets.

Ms. Tabib has long been recognized by local and international ranking guides as a leading lawyer in her field and is frequently invited to speak at conferences and forums in her area of expertise.
