Ms. Meital Ben-Basat is a partner in our firm's Litigation practice. Ms. Ben-Basat has unique expertise in the areas of corporate litigation, securities, and commercial disputes.

Within this framework, she provides comprehensive legal assistance and advice for class actions and derivative claims, complex litigation, disputes with broad and precedential implications including arbitration, mediation and shareholder disputes-real estate litigation, lawsuits concerning technological products in international markets, and more.

Ms. Ben-Basat represents a wide range of companies, from local businesses to leading multinational companies, in a broad spectrum of industries, including technology, e-commerce, real estate, hospitals, start-ups and more.  She also has extensive experience in all court proceedings and tribunals, from arbitration and mediation to the Supreme Court.

In the past, Ms. Ben-Basat served as a judge on the Disciplinary Court of the Israeli Bar Association in the district of Tel Aviv.

Moreover, she delivers lectures in conferences and mandatory training seminars on behalf of the Israel Bar Association.
