Mrs. Maia Bakal is an Associate in our firm's Litigation practice, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation.

Mrs. Bakal has experience representing global and local corporations from various industries, including Finance, Tech, Communication, Insurance, Construction and more, with a particular emphasis on class actions and complex commercial disputes.

Mrs. Bakal represents her clients before various Israeli courts and jurisdictions, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

In the past, Mrs. Bakal served as Law Clerk to President Dvora Berliner (retired) of the Tel Aviv District Court, working mainly with Judges Anat Baron (retired) and Chaled Kabub, and as a Mediator in the Mediation Unit of the Tel Aviv Magistrate Court.
