Ms. Usherovich is a partner and head of the Real Estate Litigation practice in our firm.

Ms. Usherovich has in-depth experience and unique expertise in the field of real estate litigation and its various aspects. Within this context, Ms. Usherovich specializes in managing and leading dissolution of partnership lawsuits, shareholder disputes in real estate companies, lawsuits against the Israel Land Authority, contractual disputes, lawsuits involving hold-over tenants, construction defect claims and more.

In addition, Ms. Usherovich has extensive experience in representing clients on a wide range of issues in the field of civil law, including contractual lawsuits, defamation lawsuits, shareholder disputes, petitions to the High Court, administrative petitions and more. Within this context, she represents individuals and companies - private, public, local and foreign - in all courts and tribunals, including in mediation, arbitration and more.
