Lior Yochai

Associate

Mr. Lior Yochai is an associate in FBC’s Competition & Antitrust Department.

Mr. Yochai represents companies in complex civil litigation matters, including class actions, commercial disputes and other potentially restrictive trade practices.

Mr. Yochai also provides legal counsel to domestic and foreign companies in diverse competition and antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restrictive arrangements and cases involving monopolies and abusive business practices.

In addition, Mr. Yochai serves as a legal counsel, at the Ministry of Defense (IDF Ombudsman office), as a reserve officer (Major).
