Ms. Parvari is a senior associate in our firm’s Tax practice.

Ms. Parvari specializes in a variety of aspects regarding municipal taxation, including property taxes, fees and development/improvement levies. Within this context, Ms. Parvari provides the practice’s clients with comprehensive legal advice in connection with a wide range of aspects, including reduction of assessments, development levies and reimbursements to developers for development levies paid to local authorities through civil lawsuits; Reduction of municipal property tax assessments for businesses and land-intensive properties through the filing of administrative petitions, objections and appeals; Representation of assesses before the various courts, including appeal committees and administrative courts; Verification and assessment of risks through local authorities and water and sewage corporations, and assessment of potential for repayment. In addition, Ms. Parvari provides legal opinions, negotiates settlements, and advises the practice’s clients in all instances until a refund is received.
