Ms. Hila Hazan is an associate in our firm’s Real Estate practice.

Ms. Hazan specializes in a variety of aspects in real estate law. Within this framework, she provides comprehensive legal advice and representation to the firm’s clients in aspects of sale, purchase and lease of real estate properties; drafting and structuring agreements; handles a variety of real estate transactions, involving offices, residential projects and commercial real estate properties.

In addition, Ms. Hazan represents the practice’s clients in proceedings before the Land Registry Office, local authorities, the Israel Land Authority and more.
