Ms. Elkaslasy is an associate in our firm's Commercial practice. Ms. Elkaslasy specializes in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, and cross-border transactions, and provides ongoing legal counselling to companies, associations, and non-profit organizations as part of their core business activities.

In addition, Ms. Elkaslasy is experienced in dispute resolution, including representation of parties in complex commercial litigation proceedings before Israeli Courts and the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC.
