Ms. Hadar Sive is a partner in our firm’s Corporate practice. Ms. Sive has significant experience and reputation of over two decades in the field of commercial law, with an emphasis on the sectors of financial regulation, insurance, mergers and acquisitions, the capital market, corporate financing and securities.
