Gal Goldstein

Associate

Ms. Goldstein is an associate in FBC's Corporate Department. She advises on a broad range of complex strategic and financial cross-border M&A transactions, including mergers, share and asset purchase agreements, investments and other equity transactions. In addition, Ms. Goldstein advises the firm's technology clients in all stages of their development.

Prior to joining FBC’s Corporate Department, Ms. Goldstein clerked for the Honorable Justice Yael Vilner of the Supreme Court of Israel.

Ms. Goldstein received her LL.M. degree from Berkeley University School of Law. During her studies, Ms. Goldstein was a member of the editorial board of the Berkeley Business Law Journal.

During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Goldstein served as a research assistant for Professor Alon Harel in the field of jurisprudence, and also served as a member of the editorial board of the Israel Law Review.
