Mr. Seidman is an associate in FBC’s Tax Department.

Mr. Seidman's practice concentrates on a wide range of tax law aspects, including real estate taxation, domestic income taxation and VAT.

Mr. Seidman provides counseling and tax planning in complex real estate commercial transactions to both companies and individuals, and represents taxpayers in negotiations with the Israeli Tax Authority and before Israeli courts.
