Ms. Dorin Skelli is an associate in FBC’s Corporate Department, where she provides general counsel to private companies, with an emphasis on hi-tech, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property and cross-border commercial transactions.

Ms. Skelli's work concentrates on the nexus between information technology and a wide variety of complex legal matters, including internet law, media and entertainment law, software development and licensing, technology transfer and research, open source, information security and cyber issues, as well as capital financing, privacy protection, database usage and the commercialization of patents, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
