Mr. Dede Lankri is an associate in the Cybersecurity, IT & Data Protection practice at our firm.

He specializes in a wide spectrum of commercial and corporate law matters, including representing companies and investors, raising capital and debt, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and other international commercial transactions.

In this capacity, he provides comprehensive legal support for a variety of ongoing legal issues, such as corporate governance, regulatory compliance, drafting corporate protocols and resolutions, preparing corporate policy documents, implementing and managing option plans, issuing legal opinions, drafting corporate and commercial agreements, managing negotiation and more.

Additionally, Mr. Lankri offers legal consultation and support to startup and high-tech companies at all stages of their lifecycle, from inception through product development and commercialization to the "exit" stage. This includes local and international technology companies in a wide range of sectors such as artificial intelligence, life sciences, cybersecurity, and financial technology; venture capital and private equity investors; strategic investors, and more.
