Mr. Tessone is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Department.

Mr. Tessone advises on real estate transactions, both local and international, including counseling to real estate entrepreneurs in a wide range of enterprises and transactions, advising on urban renewal projects, establishment of real estate investment funds and representing of various builders and purchase groups, and providing day-to-day consulting to numerous companies.

Mr. Tessone provides clients with thorough legal counseling while advising on all stages of the real estate transaction, from the initiation and land purchase, advising on the license and financing procedures, engagement with builders and consultants, through to the project's completion, including representation before various authorities including Israeli Land Authority, Tax authorities, municipalities and appeal committees.
