Ilay Aharony

Associate

Mr. Ilay Aharony is an associate in FISCHER’s Litigation practice. His practice concentrates on corporate and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on class actions and derivative suits.

Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Aharony clerked for the Honorable Justice Yosef Elron of the Supreme Court of Israel.

During his legal studies, Mr. Aharony served as an assistant editor of "Mishpatim" - The Hebrew University Law Review Journal. Mr. Aharony also served as a research and teaching assistant in various courses at the Hebrew University Faculty of Law.
