FBC advises Harel Finance Holdings and Harel Finance Asset Management in a NIS 210M agreement with Clal Mutual Funds Management and Clal Finance  to purchase the entire share capital of their wholly-owned subsidiary and to purchase their portfolio management operations, managing funds with a combined value of up to NIS 10B.
