This months-long process has involved extensive discussions with various regulators, including the introduction of amendments to the bylaws of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange to facilitate the listing of the fund and discussions with the Israel Securities Authority and the Israeli Tax Authority to enable the unique offering structure of the fund.
