Representation of Jerusalem Economy Ltd. (JEL), the parent company of Industrial Buildings Corporation (IBC) – both publicly traded companies in Israel – in a precedential statutory merger pursuant to which JEL merged with and into IBC, with IBC being the surviving company in the merger, and shareholders of JEL receiving shares of IBC; such shares to be issued to the shareholders in a public offering by IBC.
In the context of the transaction, the publicly traded bonds of JEL were transferred to be publicly traded bonds of IBC.
