We are pleased to present you with another Planning & Zoning legal update that includes summaries of important recent court and tribunal decisions.
On July 9, 2018, the Proposed Planning and Zoning Law (Amendment 126) passed its third reading in the Knesset. At the center of the amendment, which concerns three different topics, is the matter of delaying payment of betterment levies for a general plan after a detailed plan is approved. The amendment also covers transitional provisions, up until the passing of the amendment, for the realization of rights and valuations for general plans.
