Mr. Ariel Holzer is a senior associate in our firm’s Litigation practice as well as our Private Clients, Intergenerational Transfers and Family Capital Management practice.

Mr. Holzer specializes in a variety of litigation aspects. Within this context, he provides legal support and counsel in family and inheritance disputes, advises the practice's clients on a wide range of issues in the field of family capital management and transference to future generations, plans complex intergenerational transfers of property and business projects in wealthy families, advises with respect to trustees and wills, and provides legal counsel to estate managers and receivers to realize assets, including real estate, in family disputes.

Mr. Holzer also represents the practice's clients in complex commercial, civil, contractual and corporate disputes, as well as in diverse class actions and administrative petitions, in Labor Courts as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Mr. Holzer provides a range of unique legal services, including -

• Management of complex legal disputes in the areas of commercial and civil law. Mr. Holzer regularly advises business owners and corporations in the Israeli market and represents such entities before all the various courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.


• Management of inheritance disputes and complex family disputes. Mr. Holzer advises clients of the practice in inheritance disputes that are among the largest and most complex in Israel, including disputes regarding rights in corporations, real estate and other properties, in Israel and abroad and appears before all the courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
