Fayad Tamish

Associate

Mr. Tamish is an associate in FBC’s Litigation Department, and specializes in class actions, with a particular emphasis on consumer protection, derivative suits, corporate litigation and commercial disputes.

Mr. Tamish provides legal counsel to individuals, private companies, and public companies with respect to corporate law and corporate governance, contract law, securities regulation and represents major clients in a wide range of industries, including communications, insurance, technology companies, and major players in the fields of telecommunications and media.

Prior to joining FBC, Mr. Tamish was an Attorney at the Economic-Fiscal Law Department of the Office of Legal Counsel and Legislative Affairs in the Ministry Of Justice.

Mr. Tamish speaks three languages fluently: Arabic, Hebrew and English.
