Legal Update: Banking & Finance – August 2017 (Hebrew)

On July 26, 2017, the Knesset passed the proposed Law on the Regulation of Non-Banking Loans in second and third readings. The Amendment resulted in comprehensive changes to the Law on the Regulation of Non-Banking Loans, which until the enactment of the Amendment, was limited to loans that were provided to individuals by non-banking corporations.
