Recent legislative amendments relating to shelf offering of securities and early adoption of accounting standards
In February 2017, the Finance Committee of the Knesset adopted amendments to securities regulations relating to (1) certain reliefs concerning shelf offerings of securities; (2) the Israel Securities Authority’s authority to prohibit an early adoption of accounting standards by reporting companies.
