Mr. Noiman is the head of the Capital Markets practice, and a partner in FISCHER’s Corporate department. His practice focuses on capital markets, M&A and debt restructuring matters.

Mr. Noiman represents major Israeli and foreign public and reporting corporations on securities law matters, and provides legal opinions to public and private multinationals and domestic companies with respect to their ongoing business operations and interactions with the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Mr. Noiman has a unique expertise in representing foreign real-estate companies in debt offerings in Israel, and has represented issuers in several of Israel's largest foreign real estate public debt offerings and private placements.

Mr. Noiman has been involved in Israel’s most significant and complex debt restructurings, representing both companies and bondholders.
